Hukam Karen ("Platform") is an online marketplace that facilitates connections between Customers and independent Workers.

The Platform does not provide any services directly and is not responsible for the execution, quality, or outcome of any services.

All Workers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Hukam Karen.

Hukam Karen shall not be liable for any service performed by Workers or any misconduct, negligence, or fraud.

Customers must purchase "connects" to contact or hire Workers. Each connection may consume connects. Connects are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Workers must purchase "applies" to apply for jobs. Each application consumes applies. Applies are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Featured listings are optional paid promotions and are non-refundable.

Hukam Karen does not guarantee hiring success, job completion, responses, or service quality.

All payments are final unless stated otherwise.

Users are responsible for verifying each other before engagement and use the platform at their own risk.

Users must not engage in fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hukam Karen is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income, or service-related disputes.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hukam Karen from any claims, damages, or legal actions.

Hukam Karen may suspend or terminate accounts at any time without notice.

The platform may assist in disputes but is not obligated to resolve them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Hukam Karen may update these terms at any time.
